Re-run these queries from a drop-down menu, or schedule them to run daily, weekly, monthly, and then distribute the results via email. Configure any number of desired reports - define the search criteria and then the output format (a report, a spreadsheet, etc.); set up date parameters (like "Last Month," "Last Quarter"); request the delivery date and frequency (each month on the 1st day of the month); choose the distribution list (you, your boss, the claims manager, etc.).
